Get to Know Us
Gina Stark started Stark Impact Consulting after working for many years in economic and public policy development for various organizations. She created and launched this firm because she was passionate about helping businesses and other entities achieve their economic development goals. She saw firsthand organizations and business across the state being overwhelmed and lacking capacity to complete important projects to further their growth and strategies. She wanted to be able to lend her years of experience to helping organizations complete projects, pursue grants, and help businesses thrive in pursuit of sustainable economic growth and community benefit.

We pride our selves in being able to help our clients acquire funding for their projects through grant writing. We also project manage a variety of studies and research projects. Community Engagement is important for businesses and agencies when developing and expanding new programs and products. We have years of experience engaging communities and developing stakeholder outreach plans on a variety of issues in both rural and urban communities.

Small Business are the cornerstone of our economy. We work with small business to help them identify and connect to resources that help their business grow. Many can help business avoid potential scams that can be crippling to their success.
